We are a small company, but one with a wealth of knowledge across the luxury sector of retail and hospitality. With Over 30 years of experience we have specialised in new openings of stores, hotels and restaurants as well as creating and developing teams. 

 

Purchasing & Cost Control 

Strong negotiators who can review your purchasing of food, beverage and operating equipment or contracts, restructure, policy implementation, cost control, GP % management, month end/year end analysis and budgets, credit control, competitor analysis, stock control, and monitoring of EPOS systems. Highly experienced in developing and implementing systems in new restaurants and Hotels.

​Excellent background, including: Managing and supporting a worldwide luxury fashion house, managing budgets, 1st. 2nd and 3rd line support to worldwide offices and stores, team management and development, strong knowledge of MS server and software, VMware, and networking. Experienced in developing and implementing systems in new offices and stores. Excellent customer service and organisational skills. ITIL V3 trained.
